Returns/Exchanges

We have carefully designed and constructed our garments that are made to order according to our customized size chart. We cannot accept exchanges and or returns in cases where the garments were made to your specifications. We will exchange a garment if it does not match the order that was initially placed.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours if the order has not been placed in production. It is necessary to contact us with your cancellation request. Upon request we will reimburse your credit card and a reference number will be issued.

Shipping

All orders over $150.00 will receive free regular ground shipping. Shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Because this is a made to order business, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
